Things have happened since October! I still have my crowdfunding open for 114 more days (now ending in May). I packed up my life and moved across the country in early January, and have been settled for almost a month now. I just recently got a job (faster than I managed in Oregon), and I'm waiting to hear back from a second job. I'm really hoping that I can manage to balance both of them, because the idea of having Actual Income is really nice and I would like to be able to pay down some bills for fucking once.
I keep hoping to figure out something, you know, IN MY FIELD? No luck yet. I really don't want to have to go back to school.
State of the Pups
As a broad statement, I can say that everybody has been pretty quite/status quo since the completion of the Unmaker Plot. I dropped Agron. October and November were my last successfully Really Active months, and they were not that active. I got by on everyone, got Frank Castle in, and managed to get about halfway to reqs in December. January? A shitshow. February so far? A shitshow. Let's see.
Cremisius Aclassi -
Hild went home, Thomas went home. Eleanor came back. Aggie got the worst item post and sort of almost blew up the town but then didn't. Overall, Krem is feeling a Way about Darrow. In other news, I am being more open about the fact that I really strongly headcanon him as being Viddathari (a non-Qunari convert to the Qun, in Dragon Age), because he's been dealing with that A Lot since the Unmaker plot.

Joseph Kavinsky -
With the ley line recharged (thanks Aggie+Blue), Kavinsky can dream again. He's being more careful and mindful about this, after everything with the Unmaker. But he did come back from investigating the newly reformed Cabeswater with a rosefinch and mourning dove, which are going to live in the garden like the little flock of finches he dreamt up. Otherwise, things power on. Arch Studio is doing well. The house is lovely. The kittens are turning into cats. Kavinsky is trying to help Newt power through losing Newt.

Inej Ghafa -
I've been trying to approach more of her cultural background, most recently with her last EP in late January having her go out to see the horses. I feel like I need to get her up to Shenanigans, or something, but I'm not entirely sure what.

Billy Rocks
Had an age plot back in December, but otherwise he's been awful still and quiet, which is the same sort of blessing and curse as everyone else in the roster. Someday, SOMEDAY, I really want Billy and Goodnight to get engaged. Someday, it will happen.

Even Bech Næsheim -
Has been quiet, which is a blessing and a curse. When he's quiet, I know that he's not upset about things and his mental health is smooth and easy sailing. But, when he's quiet, it also means that I can't get him to do jack all. May need to think about a Manic episode for him.

Neil Perry -
Had a Bad Episode late last month that's triggered a bit of his anxiety surrounding his depression and confidence in his sexuality, but otherwise he's mostly pretty stable and quiet. I might expand it a little. Darrow's a peaceful and quiet little town, but my own experience with peaceful and quiet little towns is that they were not actually that warm and welcome.

Had a huge flare of her power with the ley line reactivating, such that her Charter mark was lit for the days following it. She's working at the coffee shop, and has mostly written down everything she's ever learned about Charter and Free magic so she has her own go to references. I want her? To kiss someone? SO BAD???

Frank Castle -
Frank got here in November. He does not like Darrow very much, partially because What the Fuck, and partially because he has no idea what to do when he has time on his hands? He flirted briefly with Vetra Nyx (and was, frankly, devastated when she disappeared from the city). He's living above a laundromat at the moment and probably looks a little bit like a hobo. Maybe more hair on top and less in the beard.

Struggle continues on, and it's been going on since August. You'd think that dropping Henry and Agron would help, even if I did pick up Frank, but mostly I just sort of feel like I'm floundering left and right. Maybe a hiatus? Maybe some serious considerations on who can stick around if I'm going to keep having these struggle-blocks. SIIIIGH.
